Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell
Outliers is not a new book, it was first 2008. It is one of those books that keeps popping up every now and then and you realise how good its idea is. The idea to investigate the basis of many successful people. Not by looking into their personalities, but figuring out what their common background was.
The book is build up around different stories, which in themselves are already an interesting read. But the way Malcolm Gladwell combines these stories, makes it what the book stands for: Outliers.
